Introducing the new Nikon D3100! The improved version of D3000 is equipped with a new Nikon DX-format CMOS image sensor and a new image-processing engine, EXPEED 2. This DSLR offers 14.2 Megapixels for capturing high-definition photos with superior image quality. Furthermore, there is a standard sensitivity settings that can set up to ISO 3200 and additional increase up to Hi 2 (equivalent to ISO 12800) suitable for shooting under dim lights, such as indoors and in the evenings, as well as sports scenes with rapid moving objects. 

This D3100 also include the built-in Guide Mode, which allows the users to refine their camera operations easily, regardless of user's skill level. Besides, you can also shoot full-HD movies by simply pressing the movie-recording button. You can record movies with current ISO and aperture settings applied together with the characteristics of individual interchangable lenses. You can edit your videos in your DSLR right after you have recorded too.

    Nikon D3100 is now available in stores and the retail price is RM2,198 which comes with AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR lens. It's a perfect choice for an entry-level DSLR and I will surely get this one soon! :D
